Organizational Structure
The Benysta MFB Team is composed of specialists with expertise in business, finance, banking and PPP. Benysta MFB is owned by Archtik Nigeria Limited and Benysta Nigeria Limited with directors from the two companies having their representatives.
Benysta MFB is made up of highly competent and dedicated individuals with expertise in various areas of banking and project finance. We continuously seek individuals that share our core values and demonstrate the attributes of excelling with our customers. The Board of Directors is the highest policy making body of Benysta Microfinance Bank. The board is made up of all Directors of the Bank and headed by a Chairman. The Managing Director (MD), who is also the Chief Executive Officer, is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the Bank as well as the execution of policies set by the Board. The MD works closely with, the management staff, to directly supervise the activities of the bank.
